The overview dashboard provides judges and experts with a bird's-eye view of the session without the need for admin access.

Accessing the Dashboard

Access the overview dashboard via the link provided by the session administrator. You may need to enter an access code depending on the session settings.

Session Status

At a glance, see:

  • Current active module
  • Time remaining
  • Total students

Student Overview

View all competitors with:

  • Online/offline status
  • Last deployment status
  • Quick access to their live work

Quick Access

Directly access:

  • Any competitor's deployed work
  • Git server
  • phpMyAdmin (if marking is enabled)

  • Monitor student progress
  • Identify competitors who may be struggling

Differences from Admin Dashboard

The overview dashboard is a simplified view that:

  • Does not require login (uses access code)
  • Cannot modify session settings
  • Cannot control module timers
  • Cannot manage competitors

It's designed for observation only, making it safe to share with judges, experts, and observers.
